IT support specialist with GERMAN - night shifts, full HOMEOFFICE (EU based)

The position provides internal IT support services for international company - NIGHT SHIFTS


Job description:
• Management of help Service Desk Agents in their day-to-day activities of customer support.
•Taking over problem-solving for more complex problems, troubleshoot technical issues and update functional systems,
• provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products
• Documentation of problems and knowledge database creation


Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience as 1s/t2nd level support
• Fuent GERMAN and ENGLISH– daily use, other languages are welcomed
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, work in quickly developing environment
• Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and also in a team
